Cedefop introduces a new tool that produces six-monthly projections of employment by occupation for each EU member state. These short-term projections provide timely insights into emerging labour market trends and evolving skills needs. The STAS tool can be used as an early-warning system for emerging skills shortages, gaps, and needs and help stakeholders adapt to short-term changes.
