Cedefop offers 10-month traineeships starting on 1 October 2025. As a trainee you will join the ReferNet team in Thessaloniki and contribute to their projects. Main projects of the team are the VET in Europe database and Timeline of VET policies in Europe and publications such as reports and news items. Your task will be to support communication of the ReferNet team by contributing to the network’s social media presence, proposing ideas to enhance its reach, and assisting with
the organisation of webinars, workshops, and meetings. You will also help document procedures, support network management and assist in the collection and analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data using advance research methods.
