Cedefop – The dynamics of qualifications: defining and renewing occupational and educational standards
Juli 2009 – Wat weten we over het ontstaan en vernieuwing van kwalificatie-standaarden in het beroepsonderwijs in de EU?
Juli 2009 – Deze publicatie heeft als doel meer inzicht te geven in de constructie en vernieuwing van (beroeps) kwalificaties.
Dit wordt inzichtelijk gemaakt aan de hand van een internationale vergelijking in 32 EU-lidstaten die deelnemen aan het Onderwijs en Opleiding 2010-programma (ET 2010).
Uit de vergelijking blijkt de diversiteit in benaderingen binnen de diverse EU lidstaten. Er is nog weinig bewijs voor een gemeenschappelijke Europese benadering en de huidige processen weerspiegelen nog duidelijk nationale tradities en structuren.
Desondanks is er een beweging zichtbaar naar de introductie van output gerelateerde standaarden en een grotere betrokkenheid van de sociale partners in het standaardiseringsproces.
